Last week, the GB Pararowing Development squad held a development camp at Marlow RC led by BR Paralympic Pathway Coach, Ella Willott who reports:
- “We held another great Para Development Camp out of Marlow RC from the 20th- 23rd March, our first of 2019. Starting off with a lot of water sessions in pairs for our PR3 rowers, we moved into a coxed four for the final day, which saw me (Ella Willott) back in the coxing seat for the first time in many years, greatly assisted by some expert coaching from Lisa Knill in the launch. Here are some pics from the camp, featuring our 4 PR3 rowers: Rob Sargent (Cambridge 99s RC), Ella Holloway (Marlow RC), Sophie Harris (Dart-Totnes RC) and Alice Mason (Peterborough RC).
